Lorraine Baldry OBE
Chairman
Lorraine is an experienced Chairman, having formerly been Chairman of Sellafield Ltd, Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited, London and Continental Railways Ltd, London Thames Gateway Development Corporation and Central London Partnership. Lorraine is also Chairman of Hydroxyl Technologies Limited, an early-stage company developing air purification systems.
Lorraine was formerly chief executive of Chesterton International plc and prior to that held various senior positions at Prudential Corporation, Morgan Stanley and Regus. She is an honorary member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a past President of the British Property Foundation.
Pawel Kisielewski
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to becoming CEO five years ago, Pawel was a Senior Advisor to Kleinwort Benson’s Merchant Banking group and remains a Senior Advisor at Stanhope Capital with over 25 years investment banking experience in capital raising in the institutional, public and early stage private markets. Previously the Investment Partner of Hermes BPK and Caliburn Capital, Pawel formerly ran Global Technology Equity Sales at Merrill Lynch and was head of Credit Suisse First Boston’s and Deutsche Bank’s London-based Pan European Equity sales. At the start of his career Pawel served with H.M. Forces for six years in Germany, Cyprus and the UK.

Professor Peter Hammond
Chief Technology Officer
Peter is Chief Technology Officer and a founder of CCm Technologies. His background is in commercial process engineering development and has had a particular focus on the application of carbon dioxide within the food, agricultural and petrochemical industries. He has worked at large scale in the development food processing plants in North and South America and on specialised phytochemical plants in Europe. As a Professor of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Sheffield Research and a Fellow of Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham Peter has gained significant experience in the development of processes from fundamental research. His wider body of work includes patents for materials, processes and analytical techniques along with the founding of two successful businesses.
Richard Morse
Non-Executive Director
Richard was a founder investor of CCm and is a Partner of Opus Corporate Finance and has more than 30 years of experience in the utilities, energy and infrastructure sectors. He is also Chairman of John Laing Environmental Assets Group, a listed company that invests in wind farms, solar parks and other environmental assets; and Deputy Chairman of Bazalgette Tunnel Limited, the company that has the licence to construct a new “super-sewer” in London. Richard has previously been Head of the European electricity and utilities advisory team of Goldman Sachs; Managing Director and Senior Adviser of Greenhill & Co.; Managing Director of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein; and also Deputy Director General of Ofgem.
Garth Weston
Non-Executive Director
Garth has spent his whole career in the food and ingredients industry, in both FMCG and B2B, primarily in the UK and Asia.
After graduating, he spent over 10 years at the Ryvita Company, first in manufacturing and supply chain roles before heading up the business. He then moved to an Asia Pacific role in food ingredients with the primary focus being the growth of its China business. Garth lived in China for more than 7 years and oversaw a period of very significant expansion, as well as change in those markets.
Since his return from Asia, he has served on the board of Wittington Investments and working with a number of agricultural food and fishery businesses, in addition to running his mixed farm in Oxfordshire.
Garth has a degree in Agricultural Mechanisation from Newcastle University and an MBA from INSEAD.
Andrew Flux
Non-Executive Director
Andrew Flux is the Group Commercial Strategy Director for Frontier Agriculture, the UK's leading crop production and grain marketing business.
Hailing from a family farming background, Andrew has been directly involved in the agricultural industry since leaving college in 1994 and began his career with Frontier 16 years ago. Initially working across grain trading and commercial sales, today Andrew’s role sees him lead Frontier’s business commercial strategy, overseeing crop protection supply and innovation, fertiliser, sustainable crop production solutions, corporate sustainability and marketing and communications. Andrew also helps to deliver Frontier’s team, talent and leadership development strategy.

Anne-Marie Watson
Finance and Commercial Director
Anne-Marie is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), having qualified at KPMG. She has a wide range of recent SME/Technology experience from lead finance roles at Glide Pharma, M3 (EU) Ltd and Oxular Ltd combined with commercial experience from senior finance roles at Sara Lee PLC companies, First Choice PLC and Kværner. Anne-Marie has a First class degree in Law from the Open University and a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Surrey.
Marcus Du Pree Thomas
Delivery Director
Marcus is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) with over 25 years’ experience in waste recovery & recycling, water, and wastewater treatment technologies since graduating in Chemical and Bio-Process Engineering from the University of Bath. Marcus is an active member of CIWM Southwest Branch and Special Interest Groups for Thermal Treatments and Bio-Treatments along with the Southwest Branch committee of IChemE. Marcus has considerable experience in Project Management, Programme Planning and leading Technology and Innovation projects, interfacing with the full range of stakeholders and funding organisations. Marcus is particularly interested in technologies that, develop and increase the value of recycled and recovered resources, particularly in improving biosolids treatment and value.
