Project Summary:

In collaboration with Bagley Biogas, CCm Technologies has installed a sustainable fertiliser production plant to produce fertiliser for the spring 2022 season. The plant will also produce material for future seasons. The process utilises a dry mixed farm feed digestate to produce a range of pelletised fertiliser formulations. This project demonstrates on site heat recovery for drying and integration of CO₂ and CCm stabiliser to ensure predictable fertiliser outputs with a positive environmental impact.
